By accessing the website at https://medmap.sg/ and utilizing the services provided by MedMap ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations. Scope of Services

MedMap provides specialized consulting and technical solutions for the MedTech industry, including but not limited to:

  • •Commercial Services: Strategic market entry and R&D acceleration.
  • •Data Solutions: BioMedical Data Protection and Cloud Hosting.
  • •Technical Integration: Medical Image AI Integration.

Each service may be subject to a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) which shall supersede these website terms in the event of a conflict.

Intellectual Property Rights

The MedMap logo, website design, text, and proprietary algorithms used in our AI Integration are the exclusive property of MedMap.

  • •License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the website content for informational purposes.
  • •Restrictions: You may not modify, copy, reproduce, or "scrape" any content for the purpose of training competitive AI models or commercial redistribution without express written consent.

User Obligations & Conduct

As a user of our platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • •Accurate Information: Any information you provide (via contact forms or client portals) is accurate and current.
  • •No Malicious Content: You will not upload any malicious code, viruses, or data that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
  • •No Unauthorized Access: You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Biomedical Cloud Data Hosting infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

  • •"As-Is" Basis: The materials on MedMap's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. MedMap makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of R&D timelines or market success.
  • •Regulatory Disclaimer: MedMap assists in streamlining the path to market, but the user remains solely responsible for ensuring their products meet all local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, MDR).
  • •Liability Cap: In no event shall MedMap be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MedMap's Internet site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedMap and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Data Solutions provided.
